As soon as I enter the studio,the energy is at another dimension from the outside.Only a meditator can know the difference and OBH like its name is a Heart Centred place same as the amazing instructors.I only wish success always and let your energy go up higher and higher.Hopefully with the yoga passes I am also able to encourage as many friends to give a try and change their life.
