I have been seeing Melissa and her amazing team for over 10 years and I will never go anywhere else. The level of professionalism and passion for everything they do is exceptional. From the cleanliness of the space to "vibe" you feel when you walk in door. The level of respect they have not only for their clients but each other is both refreshing and appreciated. I have been going to Gina at the Belle Meade location since I moved to Nashville. The staff there could not be kinder. I started with facials, but have been doing the Diamond Dermalinfusion monthly for almost a year. My skin has literally never been clearer. I have struggled with acne for most of my life, most recently cystic hormonal acne, and I have scarring. I barely get breakouts now and the Diamond Dermalinfusion has completely changed the texture and appearance of my skin. I was so nervous to find an esthetician when I moved here, I had previously had some really negative experiences and was hesitant to trust someone new. I will absolutely never leave Gina. She is so friendly and knowledgeable, and I really believe it has been with her help and recommendations that my skin has been changing so positively. I also love that Ona has a membership with the Diamond Dermalinfusion!!

Melissa and the staff are amazing at Ona Skincare! They are very empathetic about your skincare needs and treat everyone as if they are the most important client of the day! I recently tried the Cryotherapy and loved it!! The prices are similar to other spas in Nashville but I feel they give you the personal service you deserve.

The spa is beautiful!! The atmosphere is soothing and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Loved it! And I have already made my follow up appointment!

This place is tucked behind the random businesses along hwy 100 right past Belle Meade. They sell ZO Skin Care and have a large menu of services. I got Botox by Melissa and she did a fabulous job. Didn't hurt at all! They are reasonably priced and on par with other places. Melissa is a nurse and has been doing injectables for awhile. I definitely trust her. I was very pleased with the experience and will be back!

Loved my facial! Gina was amazing. She gave me a thorough consultation and answered all my questions in regards to my skin. She was so nice and easy to talk to. My skin feels amazing and she recommended products that I'm loving! Thanks again Gina!

I have been to Ona several times before today. I schedule a service for Monday of this week, u fortunately their employee called out sick so my appt was reschedule.i moved things around my very busy schedule to accommodate them! Appt was rescheduled for Wednesday at 10:30. When I arrive they had no record of my appt. due to the lack of follow through of THEIR staff I was inconvenienced. I had completely moved my schedule to be available at this time.
With a lack of caring and customer first attitude, they simply apologized and let a long standing customer leave very disappointed and frustrated.
They did not give any type of resolution to the issue and again allows a good customer to walk out with making the situation right! Shame on you ONA for your lack of customer service! There are WAY too many spas and facial salons to think about ever coming back to your spa. Maybe this will be a learning experience for you, I hope so. So disappointing!!

I was taking a little trip during the summer months and needed a little help in the "getting prepared for a vacation" department. Coming from NYC I've had my fair share of waxing experiences that I really don't want to discuss here.

I was pointed in the direction of Ona from a friend. So I tried it.

First impressions are everything. I always say that. Walking into Ona was very serene. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. I saw Cami for my "vacation treatments". She was so friendly, personal, and fun. Really easy to talk to and didn't make me feel uncomfortable. I did a wax and a body wrap. The body wrap did exactly what I wanted it to. I lost a few unwanted inches before sticking my body in a bathing suit. I'm sure the other vacationers appreciated that.

I would return to Ona and Cami for all my skincare needs. This place is professional and friendly. I would highly recommend.

The best!! Sweetest and very well accomplished professionals. Also very helpful and understanding with having to reschedule quite often due to last minute travel etc. Thanks gals!
