This studio is so pleasant! Everyone here including people coming to class were SO friendly and kind. Sandra at the front was absolutely sweet and chatted with me for a bit - I'm super shy and not social at all but felt very welcomed and happy talking with her since she is so warm! She also offered me fresh fruits which were cut for the class!
I took the Vinyasa Beginner class with Briana. I'm relatively new to yoga (only taken a few classes here and there), and Bri was helpful, gentle, humble, and calming. Since there wasn't a lot of people in the class, we were able to get a lot of attention for fixing our postures etc. which I totally need for yoga, since I'm fairly new to it :). I felt so refreshed after the class, and especially enjoyed the essential oil she applied during savasana (with each of our permission of course).
The place is located in a corporate plaza that's kind of empty, which was a little confusing since I couldn't tell which building it was. Then I noticed it has the studio's name on the building (ha), which was, I think, only visible to the inside the plaza. Anyway, Google Maps can find it fine, but if it helps I added a photo of the building exterior!
The inside of the studio is clean and spacious with lots of rooms for yoga or pilates (at least one room is filled with reformers) classes, and multiple sitting areas which have refreshments nearby. There's a water cooler and a hot water dispenser further inside - I've never seen any other studio have a hot water dispenser, you could have tea here!
Unfortunately I don't live nearby, but next time I'm back in town, I definitely want to try their pilates classes. They offer both mat pilates and reformer pilates classes along with the yoga classes. I'm looking forward to coming back!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Yessi D.Westmont, Pomona, CA13512Aug 29, 2019
I am a first timer at yoga and Pilates, and I've been trying Omnira for about a week now and honestly it's the best Pilates place out there. They are extremely helpful and inviting and although I've only been there a week, I feel like it's been longer than that because everyone makes you feel so comfortable and welcome !
It is so clean and the equipment is top noch! This is the only place that offers you a start trail, which is you pay $40 for two weeks of unlimited classes (but only 2 reformer classes, which is still awesome)
They have an app that lets you book a class and their cancelling policy is awesome ! I think as long as you cancel a couple of hours before your class, you won't get a cancellation fee, and there is no penalty for coming late to class, but PLEASE try to make it on time because every single minute of class is so worth it!
I have never been to a gym so my body needed to have a long needed stretch, and so far my hamstrings are getting stronger and my legs are shaking less that before. I'm a happy camper nowHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Janelle A.New York, NY3055Oct 22, 2020
I've taken many pilates classes, from Equinox to Solidcore in New York, and Vanessa B's reformer classes strike that rare combination of challenging yet approachable. I can tell her regulars are strong because of it. I will definitely be back when I visit family.
The studio itself is clean, spacious, and staffed with friendly faces. Highly recommend.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Anna C.Hawthorne, CA4068May 11, 2019
As someone who has never done yoga or really exercised before, coming to Omnira Yoga has literally changed my life by reducing the pain in my legs. Last year I went on vacation to Taiwan and could not walk for more than 30 minutes before I had to call a Taxi to take me places. My legs could not support even that amount of walking.
I started taking yoga, pilates and reformers at Omnira Yoga about six months ago and have been consistently attending every week. I've already lost 15lbs since I started. I recently went on another vacation and saw a drastic change in my stamina. I was able to walk and hike up mountains with no problem. I could keep up with everyone and not have to worry about calling a taxi or sitting down for a rest. This has given me so much more confidence and capability in my life, and I am so grateful to have found this studio.
For someone like me who had never worked out or done yoga in my entire life, it was a very scary thing to come to the studio by myself because I felt so out of place and scared of the unknown. However, the owner Cindy and her daughter Sandra were so welcoming and warm; it made it very easy to stick to my routine coming to attend class. Actually, everyone at the studio, from the staff, teachers, to the students are very nice and it is very easy to feel like part of the studio quickly. I highly recommend this studio!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Chris C.Arcadia, CA042Oct 1, 2019
I just moved in the area and I was helping my mum look for a yoga studio near me, as well as a Pilates studio near me, and lo and behold Omnira yoga actually offers both!
The staff here is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Being in my early 30s, I went from being a total yoga newbie to feeling more limber within a few sessions. Maybe one day I'll take a crack at ashtanga yoga here
My mum slipped and fell in the bathtub years ago, causing her to have constant back pain. I introduced her to Omnira Yoga and now yoga is an essential part of her life. The pilates classes help strengthen her muscles so she is building up a good balance of strength and flexibility. We are glad we found Omnira! Feels like a second home :)Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Emeree P.Chino, CA10263Aug 12, 2019
This studio is BEAUTIFUL!! I was really amazed at how spacious it was too! They keep everything so nice and clean and everyone I've encountered has been really friendly!
I purchased the introductory special which is $40 for 2 weeks of unlimited yoga and pilates classes. So far I've tried Cardio Pilates with Laura Collins and Hot HIIT Pilates with Vanessa Gomez. Both classes and instructors are really awesome and you leave feeling like you got a good workout in. After my 2 weeks was over, I purchased a monthly package right away. Looking forward to trying out the reformer classes and Vinyasa Yoga with Aurea Victoria. Heard nothing but good things!
They also have an app you can download for free and it makes booking classes so easy. What I also like is being able to cancel a class 4 hours before it starts. Sometimes I'm required to work overtime or I don't have a babysitter available so I've had to cancel that same day. Other studios require 12 hours before class to cancel or you get charged a cancellation fee.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Diana W.Tustin, CA189367146Nov 15, 2018
New yoga studio in Chino! The location is nice because it's right next to the freeway exit off the 71! It's also nicely hidden in a cluster of office spaces which minimizes the chance that random people will walk by and see you awkwardly exercising from the windows..
I purchased the two weeks unlimited classes pass to try the studio out and have taken multiple classes now! I'm not really a yoga person usually because I don't love the slow pace (I get restless), but I think the Ashtanga yoga classes are pretty fun. There's more moving and less meditating, which I like. I also like the circuit pilates classes since they're more fast paced and feel the most like traditional exercise. This is the class that makes you proud of yourself for getting through it XD. But my favorite classes are the reformers pilates classes, because you get to sit or lay down while exercising. It's a trap because it makes you feel less tired but you still feel the burn the next day. Reformers classes is also the main reason why I joined this studio - not too many other studios offer this class!
Overall this is a great new clean studio! Now is definitely the time to check it out, as
(1) the classes don't tend to be packed so you get more focus from the instructors
(2) since the studio is so new, any feedback you have will be more influential (you can help shape the way you exercise) and
(3) there are grand opening coupon codes that expire at the end of 2018 (lol)!!Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Diana F.Chino Hills, CA52Nov 8, 2018
Love Omnira! Expect to be welcomed by a SUPER friendly and accommodating staff. I took me and my mom to a free beginner's pilates class which was taught by Laura. Laura's clear instruction, as well as her bright smile made the class super enjoyable as well as effective for both me and my mom.
I also attended Natalia's yoga sculpting class. She is very knowledgeable about the benefits of certain movements, like using specific body movements to isolate muscle groups for strengthening. Personally a very fun experience as an Exercise Science major. Also got the encouraging motivation to keep going with the exercises from her cute little dog, OhLove!
At Omnira Yoga, even as a beginner, this is healthy environment that encourages improvement and getting effective results. My experience so far, has me leaving every class feeling amazing!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Sheri L.Diamond Bar, CA0132May 30, 2019
