• Tristan is amazing! She is really passionate about her profession and that shines through in her work. She makes sure to assess what your problem areas are then goes in to work on them to completion during each session using deep tissue massage and active stretching techniques that really work. She also gives you advice on how to stretch and strengthen on your own as well when possible. I recommend for anyone looking for more of a therapeutic massage to actually heal their body. Keep up the great work!
