The folks making the appointments were great and very accommodating when I asked to change the time of my third visit. Laurie was wonderful. She explained things incredibly well and was patient with me and all of my questions. Also, the book provided, Rational Recovery, was an incredible eye opener as I thought he was writing about me. I read it through before the third treatment. I would definitely recommend this to friends who may be interested in stopping drinking.
