Everything was great but a bit more of an explaining at the beginning of the sessions of what is going to happen. Although it was a great experience with no pain or discomfort. Also after treatment and bit of a warning before standing would be great got up and almost fell over haha, maybe just say take a minute to get up or get up slowly. The treatment was a 10 and the woman was very pleasant and kind. Would definitely recommend.
