The technician was very comforting and professional. I lasted 4 days without a cigarette. It had nothing to do with the laser application or the technician. I am going to try Champix (again) and see if I can quit by that method. I may have to come back for an additional laser treatment, down the road. I really want to quit, however my brain always quits on me.
