I have been smoking for over 35 years. I started when I was 11 . I have been trying to quit for a long time. I tried everything, patches, e cigarette, etc and nothing worked. Now I am smoke free. I'm way less cranky, I get mild cravings but they pass easily and I am able to make a choice to not smoke. I am so grateful.
