The Customer Service is excellent. The Technician Laurie did an amazing job explaining all the steps and what to expect. I found that, it does help numb the harsh cravings. Yes, you also need to fight the urge of your mind wanting it, too. It helps the laser to take the edge off the withdrawal part. When I needed another round as I felt the first round wear off Omega's Owner, John looked to find an opening to get me in at the last minute. They truly understand what you're going through. I am a heavy longer term smoker. Nothing has helped me quit. Omega Laser Treatment is helping, and I feel hopeful...
