OM Studio is my happy place. I have been attending classes for over a year and have never enjoyed exercising more. The atmosphere is very peaceful. Everyone is very friendly and accepting. The studio is beautiful and makes one feel at peace just being there.

Great teacher. Very technically knowledgeable, and a wonderful human being. And the Aerial Restorative yoga is very unique.

Sanjyot added a wonderful new restorative yoga class to start the New Year. Really enjoyed the use of the silks to go deep but gently into problem areas. I highly recommend this class especially if you think you are too injured for exercise.
