  • I practice yoga frequently but this was my first time to OM Movement. Joan delivered such a solid class and her mindfulness message was exactly what I needed to hear yesterday. I had an anxiety attack yesterday morning and through her guidance, I was actually able to get out of my mind and into my body. I'm extremely grateful!
