• My friend and I booked a facial for our birthday, one of us with Christine and the other with Laura, and both were excellent. I ended up misplacing some thing of importance that I thought I left at the Spa. I called in after hours and left a message, and Christine went back to the Spa that evening after h ours to look for the item I had misplaced and called me twice to be sure I had recovered it. She went way beyond the norm and displayed kindness and cari ng when I was in a panic. I definitely will go back to a business where they care about the client as much as Christine did.
