• Great deep muscle massage before a 24 mi hike into the Grand Canyon. Michelle listened to what I had to say, gave me great feedback & suggestions. I felt tremendously better after the massage even though I need to work on certain muscle groups. I live 65 miles from Madison but worth the drive!
