Cole is my favorite instructor. Sapien befire it was Om, was my favorite studio I've ever practiced at. Cole made it amazing. I'd join regularly if you had more instructors like him.

I really like the gentle yoga classes. Jamie is a wonderful instructor on Friday's who is so kind and friendly. I really felt welcome in her class.

I love the teachers and classes! The studio has a great feel to it. And it also offers a sense of community with other events, meditations, sound bath, Kirtan.
