• Tech was profesional and knowledgable of the services, before and after prep was explained. As well as exactly how electrolysis works, she checked on my pain level (which was little to none) throughout my proceedure. She was supposed to be a trainee but was far more advanced than a trainee. Nicole was awesome to work with and having been a client herself knew exactly how to address all my concerns and completely eliminated all my reservations. The office was very clean and pleasant to visit. I have already scheduled my next appt. cant wait to finish all my treatments for a permanent hair removal solution.
