• Nicole always communicates well with me and wants to make sure she is getting the areas I want done right. With my hairs now being so thin and white, they are often difficult to see, but she turns my face or has me position my face in different ways to make the hairs visible for her to see them. It takes some time to find them, but she sticks with it until she does! Also, I like that she tells me what improvement she sees each time and that it's "looking really good." Makes me more confident in my appearance!
