• It was perfect treatment but i felt the up-sell pressure to upgrade service and purchase product - recommendations are totally normal, but this was a little too beyond that for my comfort level

• This was my first visiting since Covid19 and I was hesitant. It is clear you have made changes and it was not crowded in the heated rooms, which in the past they have always been. I felt comfortable and completely relaxed. In the pool room everyone was spaced nicely and respectfully. And as always I truly enjoyed the body scrub which I paid for the premium however my technician stated I didn't need one to my surprise so I was given my money back for the difference. I would highly recommend your facility and the services. Thank you! I will be back sooner now that I know I can feel safe and comfortable while at the spa.
