• I cam in for a consultation. First, what a cool building. Historic, and I hope - haunted lol. Alicia asked me specific questions after I told her I wanted HER response to my request for professional recommendations. We looked at my face shape and features; she examined my hair. With what I want, I also told her what I DON'T want. She listened intently and - we spent 20 minutes talking about me! Front-loading all this intense care into planning, I can't wait to see the end result.

• Kathryn is wonderful. I highly recommend her to anyone. She has cut my hair several times & I have been 100% happy every time. And I live the feeling of the building, itself. It feels a bit luxurious. Also, Kathryn has never pushed any of the products available for sale there, not has anybody else I've spoken with there. But very knowledgeable when I have questions Much appreciated. My only regret is that it took me so long to try Olympia!! Love this place!!

• Olympia Salon provides a relaxing atmosphere. The employees are friendly. Kathleen gave me my massage. She asked me about my concerns prior to starting. She gave good advice about what I could do at home to help with my neck and back pain. She gave an incredible massage.
