• The experience was pleasant but confusing. We didn’t feel that there was much instruction with what to do. We were shown our locker rooms, but there were no robes or slippers in most of the open lockers, and I had to ask for help to find them. I will add, my robe had a huge red makeup stain on it!! The steam room was very nice and the service/massage was wonderful - we selected a Back to Nature massage and it was great, but we felt the Jade roller was advertised to be more than what we got, which was a quick touch to the skin and then done. We do understand it was only a 50 minute massage, and we still very much enjoyed it anyway (except that someone accidentally opened our door mid service thinking it was the restroom). We will definitely like to return, especially now that we know what to expect from the process. I only took 1 star away for the confusion we both felt, but we had a great time!
