• Services were great Really liked our Facialists Your opportunity to improve is in the appointment setting/greeting of the client and check out. Ava was neither friendly nor clear on charges at closing. Staff need to intro themselves upon guests arrival. It’s confusing to me where to go on your location. You did a nice job recovering from the oversight of not calling me back to confirm appointments: thank you for the baths and the products. Very nice; we appreciate greatly.
