• Lana was exceptional, I had a great experience with her. She is knowledgeable and kind. I found the front desk staff to be standoff-ish. There's a sign stating that tips should be in cash (Normally I would tip on my card). When I asked if I could get change for a $20 bill they seemed rather perturbed.
