Due to COVID (waiting area) restrictions put in place by Governor Northam’s Executive Order, we can no longer allow you to fill out your intake forms at the time of service, they must be completed a minimum of 24 hours prior to the session time. However we went paperless years ago to do our part to save the planet, so filling out your paperwork in advance is a breeze, no printer required.             A few tips to the most out of your treatment:

            1. If you are scheduled for a Thai massage please remember to dress comfortably in clothes that move (yoga type clothing or pajamas) as these massages are performed with the client fully clothed. 

            2. Arrive a few minutes early to chat with your therapist to get the most customized treatment possible. Please walk in when you arrive, there is no need to wait in your car, or knock, or ring the bell. The door is open, just walk in. :)

            3. Drink lots of water before and after your massage.

            4. If something is uncomfortable, just tell us. :)
