• I had great service & everyone was very professional. The only thing that would have been helpful is to have something to take home on "what to expect" and "things not to do & do after. They did tell me but there is so much info thrown at you, it's hard to remeber. I was expecting before the vampire facial that my face would have been cleansed really good and dermaplaned as well to remove excess facial hair.

• My esthetician was very specific and explained processes clearly. She provided a mirror so I could see progress throughout the procedure. She educated me on options for future treatment. She respected my choices and advised me I could change my mind at any time. Also, I left the spa with moist and and radiant skin. I am booked for microblading next week!
