  • I'm glad I showed up a bit early, but it'd be nice if there was a little more communication on when to arrive (10 minutes should be asked of new customers most likely) I would have been bummed if I got there right at the scheduled time I also felt bad for the individual up front who was balancing the phones, asking us if we wanted the shots, greeting new people, telling exiting customers thank you/adding things to their check out, giving us a tour, and having to set up the lymphatic drainage equipment. If another individual was there, I would have felt a little more relaxed (I recognize this varies and that staffing is not an easy thing to master) But overall, I really enjoyed it Especially the relaxation room - such a nice touch after the treatment
