• Staff on the phone was lovely even when I was flustered. I came in and had forgotten to do my intake form, but everyone was so nice about it and it didn't delay my massage start. Most importantly, my masseuse Justin was very good. He asked about my concern areas and addressed them without my feeling like anything else got short changed. The pressure and style of massage was great. He was nice and checked in to make sure my needs were met but was not chatty (he let me totally relax which is what I said I wanted). Close out was easy, front desk staff didn't pressure me on the membership though she encouraged it. It was just a lovely experience overall. 10/10
