• I went to see Allison Mathis for a massage at Ojas with a completed busted shoulder. I woke up in pain and sometimes couldn’t sleep because of the tightness and discomfort. Massages tend to help me but I was skeptical anyone could help me with the kind of stiffness I felt. I got in the room with Allison, she listened to my concerns, told me her plan to help alleviate the discomfort, and she got me comfortable on a warm bed. From the moment she started massaging my neck and shoulders I knew I was in good hands. The improvement I felt during the massage was incredible. I could move my arms and stretch my hands over my head! And after the full one hour massage I felt good but I was still skeptical that my problem was solved. Ya’ll I woke up the next morning without pain. I could tell my shoulder was still healing but I had no trouble moving my head and neck and could even walk my dog and exercise without any strain. I believe in the power of massage more than ever now. Thank you, Allison!
