• My esthetician was great. The lady at the desk could have been more attentive. There were 4 guests. Two of us just needed to check in, however she helped the two customers who had purchases. To be fair they were there first. It would have been nice to at least have gotten a hello/welcome/I'll be right with you.

• I had Joseph for the first time! He was very kind, patient, knowledgeable and was quick to adjust & make accommodations, given my pressure limits. My mom & I enjoy our monthly self care trips here!
