• I gave 10 for my awesome massage therapist but I would give 3 to the front desk lady. I get a detailed receipt for my flexible spending account and this time I waiting hours for that. Ojas was about to close. There is a deadline to submit so I can get reimbursement, and because the front desk receptionist waited for four hours that now has delayed my refund for an extra day I was super mad
