• Jasmine did fantastic! However, my only issue was that she called me back a few minutes past my appointment time of 2:30 PM and didn't officially started the massage portion at 2:40 PM (yes, I look at the clock and always do so that I can be sure that I am provided my entire allotted time)...she stopped at 4:01 PM, so I was shorted @10 minutes...I was scheduled for a 90 minute massage...I'm thinking she thought I was a 2:30-4, which is 90 minutes, but didn't account for calling me back late/starting late...And over the last few years, when I've inquired, I was told that a 90 minute massage, or any massage time, is the amount of time on the table that the massage therapist is massaging...not total time in the room to include changing...I didn't say anything because this has happened one other time in the past with another massage therapist and didn't want to 'complain' again...Fortunately I had used my points to redeem the extra 30 minutes so I did not pay out of pocket for the extra 30 minutes--otherwise, I would have most definitely said something...
