• I was able to call and make a same day appointment. The person who answered the phone (I believe Jessica) was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I made the appointment with Chloe and had the best experience I've ever had with an eyebrow waxing. She listened to my concerns, told me what she was thinking for my brows and asked me what I thought throughout as she showed me in the mirror. Chloe even gave me some fantastic skin care tips. The room was clean and welcoming. I made my next appointment before leaving!
