• Almost perfect! Sara was great. My minor item is don't have me fill out a form and then not use the info/acknowledge it when asking what I'm looking for in my massage today. It would be better to say something like, "I reviewed your intake form and see you're interested in having me work on your feet and shoulders. Is there anything else you've thought of?" Don't have me fill out a form if you're not going to use it. It's a waste of my time.
