• The exceptional staff- both providers and front desk, apparent cleanliness and ease of making appointments. I have to admit to some latent insecurity about losing Wellness Passes. It happened once before, some years ago, and when I discovered it, and asked questions, they were restored. My faith was shaken because my old contract did not have that expiration piece in it, at all, as I recall. I want to let this distrust go, but I feel compelled to check regularly to see if I've lost any passes.
