• First of all, I just love coming to your hotel. I just find that the staff is really friendly and you all go out of your way to be nice and accommodating. Not only is a great location, but I really think the rooms are so cute and homey. And you gave me some free mouthwash and bottles of water! And thank you for keeping the rates affordable. I come to Baltimore a couple of times a year to visit family, so it just feels really great to know that I have a place that I can always stay at and feel really comfortable. Thank you for another great visit!
