• Welcoming staff when I first entered--they knew who I was, greeted me warmly, and check-in was seamless. The appointment started on time and the therapist used the full time (I've had therapists who stop 5-10 mins earlier and don't use the full time). The session was relaxing and I left feeling great! The staff at the front desk helped me check out and were warm at departure as well. Overall a really great customer experience and what keeps me coming back to Ojas Bare Hills.
