• Everyone is so friendly & helpful. EVERYONE! And, Isiah is an amazing massage therapist. He asks ahead of time what areas I want to focus on, we discuss options and his recommendations, and he gives me things to consider doing for my problem areas for in between my monthly sessions. At one point I thought I would put my membership on hold but it really is very affordable when you consider what an important part of self-care it is in the context of my overall health.
