Cryotherapy has changed my life. Growing up I was very athletic , and suffered multiple injuries. The older I get the more pain I start to feel. The reason I tried Cryotherapy was due to a pain in my arm that was going to my shoulder for over a week. I had took Advil everyday multiple times a day for the pain to continue. I did one cryotherapy session, and woke up the next day pain free. I couldn't believe it, and was absolutely amazed at how a 3 minute freeze session just caused my pain to vanish. Cryotherapy is like a miracle drug! I have sense purchased a membership, talk about Cryotherapy to everyone (I actually probably talk to much about it), and I now have my best friend, my husband , and our older kids doing it. Cryotherapy is a life changer.
