I slipped on ice about 2 days prior to do my session. I hit cement stairs when I fell and has a knot and bruise on my lower back/hip bone. I was having pain in my back, lower butt, and hip area. I knew this would be the true test on how well the cryotherapy works. I was amazed when I woke up the following day and was almost completely back to myself. I wAs still sore when touching the area where I hit. But I had absolutely no muscle soreness . Cryotherapy saved me a trip to the doctor with probably a huge doctor bill!

Friendly and attentive. In and out. Is a very quick process. Office is a bit cramped for size but doable. Not a major issue.
