My hairdresser Larrissa, although I've seen her only twice, listens carefully to my poor description of what I want and she makes my hair just what I wanted and visualized! In my opinion, that says a lot! I'm also on the older side, 57 shhhhhh... don't tell anyone! (lol) She is personable and her station is clearly kept in order and clean. That means a lot to me at any time, not just because of this nasty covid. She is very nice to chat with and is really quite humble. I get the feeling that she truly loves what she does, at least that's what comes across. I am grateful to have discovered her. Pure luck, but some pretty darn good luck if you ask me. And you did! Yes I gave the highest score because she has earned it and I can't think of anything she or the salon could do to make my experience any less than the 10 I gave her. Thank you for reaching out.
