Hi! I love my stylist! She is the best! Talented and professional. The item I recommend you consider changing is a pillow accessory in the lobby. It has the word _itch printed on it, with a rather rude saying. First, I think it is demeaning and offensive to your clientele. Second, I don't think it expresses the Ohana spirit. Thank you!
