• Kim, Kate, Helen and Cindy are so welcoming, pleasant, interested in what's going on in our lives but respect our need for quiet when they sense that we just want to relax. The culture of the salon is serene and having that many females that genuinely seem to get along is rare. If they don't get along, which I'm sure there are those times, they never let the customers know or feel the tension. Sam has done an amazing job of creating a culture of welcomeness.
