• I live in Orange County. My flight out on Thursday was supposed to depart at 4:30; it did not depart until after 8. I missed a 6:00 event I had been invited to. My flight home on Saturday was supposed to depart at 2:15, and did not depart until around 6:00. I had tickets to see a show in Laguna Beach at 7:30, Forever Motown at the Laguna Beach Playhouse, but had to miss it. I realize weather was most of the problem, and I appreciate the safety concerns, but on the return flight, even after the flight was cleared of weather concerns, mechanical issues meant we had to disembark and change planes. This is what caused me to miss my show. Finally, other passengers who also were delayed on the Thursday 4:30 flight told me they received $100 vouchers for the inconvenience. I received nothing. It's making me want to go back to using Southwest. I fly to Northern California to visit the fiancé of my husband's father, and fly to Las Vegas to visit friends as well. My husband flies FREQUENTLY to visit both his Northern California office and his Las Vegas office. If you want our future business, it's not showing. If you want us to refer others to you, it's not showing. That's all...
