Good instructors for Beginners! Dawn and David both provide a good workout with a variety of poses etc to ensure you get a full body workout of stretching and strengthening.
Ocean yoga is very comfortable and a welcoming space to practice yoga. I love my teacher David, who is a very calming presence.
