Phillip is the massage therapist I see regularly and each time he customizes the treatment to whatever that months ache is. Rooms are always clean and staff is very friendly and kind.
I have taken 2 classes in the past two days and feel fantastic. Amazing vibes and energy.
Ambiance (very clean, smelled great, nice lighting), great yoga (equipment provided, yoga I've not seen before, very good corrections, relaxing but effective)
Beautiful studio, nice teacher. Need to experience more to know more
