• The spa is pleasant and very clean. Everyone was professional and kind. It appeared to be a renovated older home with small rooms and thin walls but nicely appointed. I would have enjoyed my massage more if voices in the next room were not heard. I would have given a 10 except that scheduling and billing seems disorganized and discombobulated. In the end, all turned out well, just a bit of confusion pre and post scheduled appointments.
