• Elena was fantastic! She was prompt and friendly and remembered that we met briefly the prior week. She was informative about the service and was kind throughout the experience. She was also gentle during the service and was so intuitive with her skills she made me think about booking a massage while I receiving a facial. She asked if I had questions and only suggested products that I had asked about. She wasn't pushy or sales driven and made my time at ocean spa a wonderful experience that I will most definitely recommend and return too. The only thing I would recommend is sound proofing panels between rooms because during my service I could hear the next door conversations. Also it helps that The prices are perfectly in rage for the services so when recommending to friends and family and tourists they will find it an affordable luxury. 👌 Thank you Elena and the wonderful Ocean Spa team ❤️
