  • The workouts are fun and challenging and always changing daily. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The coaches are helpful and knowledgeable about workouts and nutrition; etc. No better place than Obstacourse. I've been to a lot of gyms in my lifetime, and this is like no other!!
