• I have fun at the work outs. I feel like I'm getting a really good workout. I feel like all the staff really wants to help. Some business are built to generate profit. This business seems like it was built because the owner loves working out, and wants to help other people work out. And if he can get paid, that's great too, but it's not the ultimate goal.

• Keith always designs challenging workouts for his classes. I love going to a gym where the coaches know when and how to push you, and when to leave you alone. The obstacles are awesome for practicing for races! Thanks OC!
