• Love that the course changes it up all the time & the friendly competitive group environment. If I had done the warm up I would have been sufficiently exhausted so maybe this should be a 10 👍

• It's a fun place to work out. It's not a meat market, lots of good coaching, and it's different that just stair climbers and weights. Much more fun!
