• I was satisfied before, during, and after the session. There was really thorough customer service with extreme attention to details such as injuries and health, etc. The results of the massage were apparent. The facilities were very clean as well, which is really important to me. The toilet could have been cleaner especially when the seat was lifted, but that was a very small detail. Our masseuses were very friendly and made the experience a welcoming one. Although we are relatively new to the area and have not been to other spas in the area, I really don't think I have to search around or compare. I was more than thoroughly satisfied with my entire experience. I look forward to coming again in the near future, if I am able to.
