• Concierge was extremely pleasant in welcoming me. The Decor was beautiful. Very clean everywhere. Estetcian was incredible. I work in a 5 star spa in NYC...and you are definitely 5 star. The only thing that throws me off is the outside of the building. It's no where near as nice as how you have inside. But , that's out of your control
